I’m looking for someone who understands:

Storylines

Retention psychology

Viral research

Pattern extraction

Replication of proven formats

Your job is simple:

Study what works.
Break down why it works.
Rebuild it in my voice.
Execute at volume.

This is a performance role. Not an admin role.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
1?? Viral Research & Pattern Extraction

You will:

Study high-performing Australian property creators (100k+ views regularly)

Study creators outside the industry with strong engagement

Break down:

Hook structure

Opening tension

Story arc

Visual pacing

On-screen text psychology

Caption structure

Identify repeatable patterns

Build swipe files and content frameworks

You must explain WHY content performs not just say “it went viral.”

2?? Scriptwriting (Human, Not AI)

You will:

Write short-form scripts in my voice (using my previous videos as examples to how I speak)

Create strong first 3-second hooks

Build tension and narrative

Deliver clean logical flow

Avoid robotic, AI-sounding scripts

Every script must have:

Clear hook

Emotional or strategic tension

Insight or value

Strong close

3?? Editing (Authority, Not Gimmicks)

Clean, fast-paced Reels/TikToks

Strategic on-screen text to increase retention

No overused transitions

4?? Performance & Iteration

Track views, retention, engagement

Identify what flops and why

Double down on winners

Suggest new angles based on data

If content underperforms, you care.
