- Edit UGC-style and branded content by combining manual editing skills with AI-powered tools to accelerate production.
- Apply strong layout, composition, and design principles to every video, ensuring polished, scroll-stopping results.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Scriptwriters, Project Managers, and Designers to refine and deliver creative concepts.
- Maintain proactive communication, asking questions to clarify briefs and avoid errors.
- Independently manage projects with minimal supervision, applying the best judgment on approach, style, and execution.
- Analyze references, competitor ads, brand guidelines, and client previews to align creative output with brand quality and industry standards.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and design elements that elevate storytelling and enhance viewer engagement.
- Stay updated on the latest AI visual tools (Flux, Kontext, Veo3, Runway ML, Kling, GPT, etc.) and integrate them into efficient creative workflows.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the highest creative standards, balancing artistic flair with performance-driven results.

- Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, CutPro, and other design/editing tools, with advanced capabilities beyond the basics.
- Experienced in motion graphics, animation design, and asset sourcing.
- Knowledgeable in AI-powered creative workflows, with experience in tools like Flux, Kontext, Veo3, Runway ML, Kling, Sora, and Text-to-Speech platforms.
- Detail-oriented, with high creative standards and a commitment to error-free, polished work.
- Strong communicator who seeks clarity and alignment before starting projects, preventing rework or misdirection.
- Analytical and proactive — not only executing video edits but also studying references, trends, and competitors to refine creative direction.
