Role Summary
We’re hiring a reliable specialist to support a digital program launch. This role combines:
1. GoHighLevel email + automations and
2. course platform + webinar operations (upload, QA, launch readiness).

This is an execution + detail role. You will work directly with Anthony (Founder) and collaborate with team leads.

Core Responsibilities
A) Email + Automations (GoHighLevel)
• Build launch sequence emails + nurture + post-purchase onboarding
• Build/maintain workflows (tags, triggers, segmentation, if/then logic)
• QA everything (links, personalization, mobile formatting, test contacts)
• Maintain a simple email tracker + provide updates: Done / Next / Blocked

B) Course + Webinar Operations (Non-Email)
• Build course shell (Start Here + Modules; CORE vs BONUS if applicable)
• Upload videos + PDFs (workbooks/exercises) with consistent naming/order
• QA learner experience (desktop + mobile, playback, downloads, navigation)
• Webinar ops support: slides/resources readiness + registration ? replay flow QA
• Maintain a master asset tracker and confirm “launch-ready”

Non-Negotiables
• Strong QA mindset (broken links/missing assets = not acceptable)
• Clear, timely communication (flag blockers early)
• Organized in Google Drive, naming conventions, version control
