Customer Service

We’re looking for a kind, detail-oriented and reliable Customer Support & Community Manager to help us deliver an amazing experience to our customers.

This role is for someone who loves helping people, writing clear and friendly messages, and making sure every customer feels seen, safe and taken care of.

WHAT WE OFFER
- Start: ASAP
- Pay: Hourly rate (around 30-60 minutes a day, in the beginning)
- Location: 100% remote
- Growth: Long-term role with more hours as the brand grows

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Responding to customer emails, DMs and support tickets
- Helping with:
- Orders & tracking
- Delivery questions
- Returns & refunds
- General product questions
- Making sure customers feel safe, informed and happy
