IT Technician - Windows Server/Desktop Support/Phone Support/Remote Support

We are looking for one or more individuals who are well versed in IT Support. You may have to occasionally call a client (all clients are in USA so you must be available during eastern time zone working hours) so we ask that you have well spoken english and able to make US phone calls.

Most support will be done remote or via e-mail communication.

Need to be expert level in the following:

Windows Server 2008-2012
Microsoft Exchange/Office265 Services
Windows Desktop XP/7/8/10
Networking/ISP Support
E-Mail Services
Advanced Desktop support & troubleshooting
General IT Support
