About the Role

We are a creative studio in Airdrie, Alberta Canada looking for a reliable, detail-oriented part-time virtual assistant to help with client communication, appointment management, and content support across social media platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and interested in social media and digital marketing, and who wants consistent monthly work with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Admin & Client Communication

Monitor and respond to client emails using provided templates

Reschedule, confirm, and manage client appointments

Flag urgent messages or issues for the owner

Social Media Support

Receive raw photos and video footage

Create basic social media posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

Schedule content using a content calendar

Write simple captions and hashtags (guidelines provided)

Website & SEO Support

Make small website updates (text, images, blog posts)

Basic SEO tasks such as:

Updating page titles and meta descriptions

Adding alt text to images

Ensuring content follows SEO best practices

No advanced coding required

Requirements

Strong written English

Excellent organization and time management

Comfortable with email, Google Workspace, and social media platforms

Basic knowledge of:

Social media posting

Canva or similar design tools

WordPress or similar website builders (preferred, not required)

Ability to follow systems, templates, and instructions

Reliable internet connection

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Interest in digital marketing or content creation

Basic understanding of SEO

Experience as a virtual assistant or social media assistant

Compensation

$150 CAD per month

Approximately 1 hour per day
