We’re looking for a talented short-form video editor who specializes in fast-paced, high-energy edits. We have a number of clients across food, software, gardening and other service based business. The ideal candidate knows how to craft engaging social media videos, fast cuts, dynamic text, and trend-driven editing. There are also payment bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities:

Edit 15-60 second Reels/TikToks/Shorts with high-energy storytelling
Use fast cuts, zoom-ins, motion tracking, and dynamic captions
Follow the PAS formula (Problem, Agitate, Solution) for strong hooks
Sync sound effects & music to enhance engagement
Ensure videos are formatted correctly for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Deliver edits within 24-48 hours

Requirements:

Proven experience editing short-form content
Strong understanding of pacing, viral storytelling, and retention techniques
Ability to match edits to trending sounds & use captions effectively
Experience with Premiere Pro
Reliable and can handle multiple videos per week
