EastCondos.sg is a real estate brand specializing in helping HDB owners upgrade to condominiums in Singapore's East districts. We're building a tech-forward operation that runs on automation, AI tools, and smart systems.
We need a technical builder to own our automation infrastructure.

Contract-based, not permanent. 3-month engagement with potential renewal based on performance.

THE MISSION
Primary: Video Content Automation
Build a pipeline that runs with minimal intervention:

Script generation (Claude/AI-assisted)
Video creation (HeyGen)
Human review checkpoint
Auto-post to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook

What You'll Build:
Market Data Scraping
Monitor PropertyGuru, SquareFoot, URA for listings and transactions.
Handle anti-bot protection.

Proposal Generator Pull data from Google Sheets ? auto-generate client proposals with numbers and graphs

Knowledge BaseSet up:
Notion as company second brain with AI auto-tagging and n8n integration Maintenance

Keep all automations running. Fix what breaks.

THE TOOLS YOU'LL USE

n8n (self-hosted) — workflow orchestration
HeyGen — AI video generation
Playwright — browser automation/scraping
Google Workspace — Sheets, Docs, Drive APIs
Notion — knowledge management
Claude/Gemini — AI assistants
ElevenLabs — voice generation

WHO YOU ARE
Must-haves:

3+ years building automations and integrations
Proficient in JavaScript/Node.js
Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, or Zapier (n8n preferred)
Can write and debug API integrations
Experience with browser automation (Playwright or Puppeteer)
Problem-solver: when something breaks at 2am, you figure it out

Nice-to-haves:
Experience with HeyGen or similar AI video tools
Social media API experience (Meta, YouTube, TikTok)
PDF generation / data visualization
Worked with real estate or property data

Who this is NOT for:
Pure frontend developers (React/Next.js focus)
Data scientists who only do analysis
People who need detailed instructions for every task
