Real Estate Cold Calling VA

We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company looking for a reliable, English-fluent Virtual Assistant to make outbound calls to U.S. property owners.

This is not a one-off gig. We are looking for someone who wants long-term work, consistent hours, and performance bonuses.

Responsibilities
• Outbound cold calls to property owners (script provided)
• Qualify sellers and gather property information
• Schedule calls with acquisitions manager
• Update CRM accurately
• Follow instructions and call guidelines exactly

Requirements
• Clear, neutral English (U.S. callers)
• Prior cold calling or sales experience preferred
• Comfortable talking to U.S. homeowners
• Reliable internet + quiet workspace
• Willing to work U.S. business hours

Compensation
• Base pay hourly based on experience
• Bonuses for qualified leads
• Deal bonuses for closed transactions
• Raises based on performance
