Our client, a leading medical doctor in regenerative and functional medicine, is seeking a highly skilled Executive Project Manager to serve as the operational and strategic engine of the practice. This role is ideal for a seasoned project leader who excels at turning vision into actionable plans, managing cross-functional initiatives, and driving operational excellence in a fast-growing clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership & Execution
Translate the doctor’s vision into clear project plans, priorities, and execution roadmaps.
Build, refine, and optimize SOPs, workflows, dashboards, and systems to support scalability and efficiency.
Project Management:
Lead and coordinate internal staff and external vendors to ensure cohesive execution.
Drive accountability by tracking deliverables, monitoring progress, and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
Patient & Team Experience Optimization:
Ensure seamless, high-quality patient and staff experiences across all touchpoints.
Identify and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks and workflow issues.
Strategic Alignment:
Partner closely with the doctor to prioritize projects, structure timelines, and sequence initiatives.
Maintain organizational focus, alignment, and progress toward long-term goals.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong experience in executive project management, operations leadership, or project management.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
Excellent strategic thinking, organizational skills, and execution discipline.
Systems-oriented, proactive, and skilled at building operational structure.
Thrives in dynamic, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
