Virtual Assistant – Airbnb Outreach & Lead Generation (US-based business)

We are a US-based professional cleaning company expanding our Airbnb & short-term rental cleaning services in San Diego County.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with Airbnb host outreach and lead generation. This role focuses on research, outreach, and follow-up — not sales closing.

Responsibilities include:
• Researching Airbnb hosts and short-term rental property managers
• Building lead lists (Google Sheets)
• Sending outreach messages and emails using provided scripts
• Posting in relevant Facebook groups (when applicable)
• Following up with warm leads
• Updating simple tracking sheets with responses

Requirements:
• Strong written English
• Comfortable with outreach and light cold messaging
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable internet connection
• Able to follow clear instructions and scripts

Nice to have (but not required):
• Experience with Airbnb, real estate, or service-based businesses
• Experience using Google Sheets or CRMs

This role will start with a paid trial and has potential for long-term work if it’s a good fit.
