JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-growing US-based 8-figure eCommerce supplement brand looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team long-term.

This role is for someone who is organized, reliable, and experienced in handling subscription-based customers, including cancellations and retention.

What You’ll Do:
-Handle customer emails and tickets daily
-Process subscription cancellations, pauses, and changes
-Respond to billing, order, and delivery questions
-Follow SOPs and maintain professional tone
-Help reduce refunds and chargebacks when possible
-(Training and scripts provided)

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in customer support for eCommerce or subscriptions
-Comfortable handling cancellations and retention
-Strong written English
-Calm, professional communication style
-Reliable internet and availability
-Long-term mindset (not short-term freelance)
