Parts & Service Coordinator (After-Sales) — CNC Machines

We need an experienced coordinator to handle service requests + parts/consumables sales for industrial machines (fiber lasers / press brakes).

Tasks: receive service tickets, collect info (model/serial/photos/videos), coordinate technician & customer, recommend/sell parts, track shipments, update CRM, follow-ups.
Must have: after-sales / parts / service coordination experience + good English + organized CRM notes.
Pay: base + bonus (parts/service sales).
