Software QA / App Research Assistant (Short-Term Project)

About the Project
We are a software agency analyzing existing commercial web applications to document how every feature works.?This is a short, focused project where you will explore a web app, click through all menus and pages, take screenshots, and write clear notes about what each part of the app does. If this goes well, there will be opportunities to continue working with us on future apps.

What You Will Do
* Log into web applications using accounts we provide
* Navigate through all sections, menus, and settings
* Click buttons, open dropdowns, test forms, and observe what happens
* Take clear screenshots of important screens and features
* Write simple step-by-step notes describing:
* what the feature does
* what happens when you click it
* what changes on the screen
* Follow a checklist so nothing is missed
* Organize screenshots into folders by feature
* Update Google Docs / Sheets with your findings daily

What We Are Looking For
Required
* Very detail-oriented and patient
* Comfortable using complex web apps
* Can follow checklists and instructions carefully
* Can write clear English notes
* Can take and organize screenshots
* Can work 8–10 hours per day for 4 days
* Available to overlap with Gulf Standard Time (UAE)
* Experience in QA testing, software testing, or documentation
* Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Outlook, Jira, etc.
* Experience creating step-by-step guides or reports
