GoHighLevel Workflow Executor

Overview

We are hiring a detail-oriented, process-driven executor to support workflow builds inside GoHighLevel.
This is a long-term, execution-only role for someone who works well from written instructions and checklists.

You will not be designing systems or making strategy decisions.
Your role is to build exactly what is specified, test it, and document it.

What You Will Do:

Build GoHighLevel workflows from written SOPs
Configure triggers, actions, tags, and pipelines as instructed
Test workflows for accuracy
Document what was built and where
Communicate clearly when clarification is needed

What You Will NOT Do:

No system design or strategy
No independent changes or assumptions
No “improvements” without approval

Requirements:

Hands-on experience executing workflows in GoHighLevel
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions precisely
Clear written English
Reliable internet and availability

Hours & Pay:
5–10 hours per week to start
$6–$10 per hour depending on experience
Opportunity for additional hours based on consistency and accuracy

Hiring Process:

Shortlisted candidates will complete a 4-hour paid test project to confirm fit.
The test is paid and focuses on instruction-following, accuracy, and documentation.
