Social Media Manager for Medical Scrubs Brand - Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook

About MedAura:

We're a US-based medical scrubs brand serving nurses and healthcare professionals. We sell premium, comfortable scrubs in navy and burgundy colors. We have professional studio photos ready for you to use in creating content.

Position: Social Media Manager (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook)

We're looking for a talented social media manager who can grow our brand across all platforms, create engaging content, and drive organic traffic to our website.

What You'll Do (20 hours per week):

Content Creation:

Create 7-14 Instagram posts/Reels per week
Create 7-14 TikTok videos per week (trending sounds, healthcare themes)
Create 35-70 Pinterest pins per week (optimized for search)
Create 7 Facebook posts per week
Write engaging captions with relevant hashtags
Use Canva to design graphics when needed
Community Management:

Respond to all comments and DMs within 24 hours
Engage with healthcare/nursing accounts (like, comment, follow)
Build relationships with potential customers
Monitor brand mentions and conversations
Growth & Strategy:

Research trending hashtags and sounds
Follow healthcare/nursing trends on all platforms
Identify and engage with target audience (nurses, CNAs, medical students)
Track analytics and report weekly on growth and performance
Optimize content based on what's working
Requirements (MUST HAVE): ? Proven experience growing Instagram and TikTok accounts (show us results!) ? Portfolio showing social media content you've created ? Excellent English writing skills for captions and engagement ? Expert knowledge of Canva or similar design tools ? Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, and Pinterest SEO ? Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) ? Available to work 20 hours per week with flexible schedule ? Can work some US hours for real-time engagement
