Cold Caller

Job Title: Cold Caller – Real Estate Investing (Full-Time)

We are a real estate wholesale and investment business looking for a motivated Cold Caller who represents our core values: Honesty, Faith, Grit, and Consistency.

Responsibilities:

Cold call from provided lists to generate motivated seller leads

Accurately track calls and notes in Google Sheets/Docs

Follow scripts while having natural, professional conversations

Be coachable and willing to learn new software and systems

Requirements:

Fluent English (spoken clearly and confidently)

Strong sales and communication skills

Attention to detail

Comfortable using Google Docs and Google Sheets

Call center or cold calling experience is a plus, but not required

Pay & Schedule:

$4–$5 per hour, depending on experience

Performance-based bonuses offered
