Inbound & Outbound Sales Call Agent (High Ticket Products – Salary + Commission)

We are an e-commerce company selling high-ticket physical products through our website.
We are looking for a professional English-speaking call agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, close sales, and assist customers during the purchase process.

This is a long-term position with fixed salary + commission per sale. High performers can earn very well.

Responsibilities:
-Handle inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing
-Make outbound follow-up calls to leads and abandoned checkouts
-Explain products clearly and confidently
-Close sales and process orders accurately
-Provide excellent customer experience

Requirements:
-Perfect / near-native English speaking and writing
-Strong sales skills and closing ability
-Experience in phone sales, call center, or high-ticket sales (preferred)
-Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
-Professional attitude and availability for long-term work

Compensation:
-Fixed monthly salary
-Commission on every sale (uncapped – performance based)
