About Us
We’re a growing social media agency supporting small businesses with consistent, on-brand content. We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator who is reliable, communicative, and takes responsibility for their work — not just someone completing one-off tasks.

This is an ongoing role with fixed pay, not a per-task or short-term project.

What You’ll Do

Create social media content using Canva

Design posts, carousels, and stories for multiple clients

Repurpose content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Follow content direction and brand guidelines

Communicate progress, ask questions early, and meet deadlines

Make revisions and updates as needed

(Bonus) Edit short-form videos for Reels, Shorts, or TikTok

What Matters Most to Us

Strong Canva skills (required)

Excellent communication and responsiveness

Takes ownership of deadlines and deliverables

Proactively flags issues or questions

Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Comfortable working in an ongoing role with weekly expectations

Nice to Have (Not Required):

Video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)

Familiarity with short-form video formats

Hours & Pay

Part-time, fixed monthly pay

Flexible schedule, but must be responsive during agreed hours

Long-term role for the right fit
