JOB OVERVIEW

We operate multiple Shopify stores selling shared product collections from a single central inventory.

We are hiring an experienced Inventory Manager to handle daily stock tracking, order reconciliation, and inventory risk control across all stores. This is a hands-on operational role with real responsibility.

This position is 7 days a week and requires prior experience managing shared inventory across multiple stores.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and track inventory for multiple Shopify stores from one central stock

Deduct inventory accurately per SKU in real time

Monitor reserved, shipped, and available stock

Prevent overselling across stores

Identify fast-moving SKUs and stock risks

Flag SKUs that need to be paused due to low inventory

Maintain strict SKU consistency across all stores

Provide a daily inventory status report

Escalate issues immediately (stock mismatches, spikes, errors)

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

Applicants must have previous experience with:

Managing inventory across multiple Shopify stores

Shared / central inventory systems

SKU-based tracking (variants, sizes, colors)

Daily inventory reconciliation

Required Skills

Strong Shopify order management knowledge

Advanced Google Sheets usage for inventory tracking

Extremely high attention to detail

Comfortable working 7 days per week

Process-driven and reliable

Proactive communication when risks appear

Work Schedule

7 days per week (mandatory)

2–4 hours per day

Daily updates required, including weekends

Compensation

$4–6/hour, based on proven experience

Long-term role with potential expansion into operations
