Outreach and Lead Generation Specialist (Hourly plus Commission)

Your only goal is to drive employers and candidates to submit applications on our website.

Job Description:
This role focuses on direct outreach to plumbers, electricians, and hiring companies through email, Facebook groups, direct messages, and follow ups. Research, tracking, and posting are tools only. Success is measured strictly by real employer requests and candidate applications submitted on the Wrench and Wire website.

You are not paid for activity. You are paid for results.

Responsibilities:

Reach out to plumbers and electricians and direct them to apply on the website

Reach out to plumbing and electrical companies and direct them to submit hiring requests on the website

Post in approved Facebook groups without violating group rules

Send follow up messages to increase completed submissions

Track outreach only to improve submission results

Success Metric (Non-Negotiable):

Employers submitting hiring requests on the website

Candidates submitting applications on the website

If submissions are not happening, the role is not successful.

Hours:
Twenty hours per week

Pay:
$3.90-$4.00 dollars per hour plus performance commissions

Commission:
Additional pay for each qualified candidate application and each verified employer request submitted on the website. No cap.

Paid Test:
Required. Short paid test task before hiring.
