Customer Service VA for E-commerce Store

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant for Customer Service for our growing e-commerce store. Are you ready to grow with us?

The position is 1–2 hours per day, 6 days per week. The pay is $3.00 to $5.00 per hour, depending on experience, paid weekly, with opportunities for long-term cooperation and performance-based bonuses.

Your main tasks include responding to customer emails, handling questions about order status, monitoring orders, delivery issues, and return requests. You will work with clear templates and guidelines.

Experience in customer service, Google Spreadsheets, and ChatGPT is preferred.
Excellent written English skills and strong attention to detail are required.
Experience with Shopify (basic), Slack, and re:amaze is also required.
