Ebay Listing Clothing Manager

We are a growing U.S.-based clothing resale company seeking an experienced, highly organized VA Manager to oversee and manage our eBay Listing Virtual Assistants.
This is a long-term, full-time leadership role for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of managing people, productivity, and quality at scale. You will be responsible for ensuring listing accuracy, consistency, and daily output across the VA team.

This position is ideal for someone who wants stability and the opportunity to grow with a rapidly scaling e-commerce company.

Job Details

Hours: 40–45 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Philippine Time (PHT)
?? This is NOT a flexible schedule. You must be available during these hours.
Must be able to manage team quotas and daily performance.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee a team of eBay Listing VAs

Monitor daily production, accuracy, and quality control

Review and audit listings for errors in titles, item specifics, categories, and descriptions

Ensure tea ---------- ets daily and weekly listing quotas

Train new VAs on listing standards, workflows, and expectations

Create and maintain SOPs for listing processes

Provide feedback, coaching, and corrective actions when needed

Communicate directly with U.S.-based management regarding performance, issues, and improvements

Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend process improvements

Requirements

Fluent English (written and spoken)

Strong knowledge of men’s and women’s clothing, fashion categories, and eBay item specifics

Prior experience managing or leading a VA team (required)

Proven ability to enforce standards and maintain productivity

Extremely detail-oriented and consistent

Strong organizational and communication skills

Fast, stable internet connection (must be able to remote into U.S. office systems)

Reliable computer capable of handling remote access software

Looking for long-term employment only — this is not a short-term or part-time role

Pay

$7.00 – $8.00 USD per hour, based on experience and performance
Annual raises for long-term, high-performing tea ---------- mbers
