Full time graphic designer for 2nd Amendment/Gun/American Patriotism niches on T-Shirts

Hi there, my business partner Suhail and myself run an online store which sells apparel (shirts, caps, coffee tumblers, shoes, etc) to Americans who are into guns/patriotism.

We already have one designer working with us, and we're after a 2nd designer to come on board and work full time - 40 hours per week, 80-100 designs (including variations) per week. It is very important to us that the designs match the quality of our designer who is already working for us. Please include several examples of your design work in the application.
