The Role: Hit the Ground Running
We are looking for a remote "Plug-and-Play" Virtual Assistant who doesn't need a manual to get started. You are a self-starter with a background in sales who understands how to navigate the healthcare landscape. Your primary mission is to call dental offices and consult with them on how their senior patients can benefit from low-to-no-cost Medicare dental programs.

Required Qualifications
Sales Expert: Proven experience in outbound cold calling, lead generation, or telemarketing. You should be comfortable handling objections and "gatekeepers."

Computer Savvy: You are a "power user" of digital tools. You move fast between tabs, use keyboard shortcuts, and can troubleshoot your own basic tech issues.

Research Pro: You know how to find information that isn't always obvious. You will be responsible for extracting data from dental directories and researching practice details before making calls.

English Fluency: Excellent verbal and written English is non-negotiable for this role.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Consultation: Call dental practices to discuss specific Medicare dental coverage options for their senior patients.

Data Extraction & Entry: Using your research skills to find and verify lead information, then updating our database with 100% accuracy.


Email & Inbox Management: Crafting professional follow-up emails to office managers and partners.

Client Support: Acts as a bridge between our services and the dental offices we support.

Technical Skills Needed
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).

Experience with CRM software and VOIP calling tools (Ring Central).

Strong web-research skills (LinkedIn, Google Maps, Health Directories).

The applicant should have their own equipment (laptop/PC, noise-cancelling headset)
