Sales Representative

Location: Remote (Work From Home) for Michigan USA
Employment Type: Full-Time (8:30AM to 5:30PM EST)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Remote Sales Representative to join our team. This role is all about connecting with prospective customers, understanding their cleaning needs, and guiding them toward the right service package. The ideal candidate is personable, persuasive, and thrives in a work-from-home environment where success is measured by both relationship building and results.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound inquiries (phone, email, text, web leads) quickly and professionally
Conduct outbound follow-up with warm leads to convert them into scheduled cleanings
Consult with prospective customers to understand their cleaning needs and recommend services
Provide accurate price quotes and explain our service packages clearly
Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system
Follow up with leads who requested information but haven’t booked yet
Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals while delivering an excellent customer experience
Coordinate with operations and scheduling teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Assist with social media management and creation

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management (service industry a plus)
Strong communication and active listening skills
Comfortable handling objections and closing sales
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM/scheduling software
Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace

Preferred Skills (Not Required):
Experience selling cleaning, home services, or other recurring service-based offerings
Familiarity with field service management or CRM platforms (e.g., Jobber, ZenMaid, MaidCentral)

Compensation & Benefits:
$6 an hour plus commission on closed sales
