JOB OVERVIEW

About Us: We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand focused on delivering high-quality products and excellent customer experience. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage daily operational tasks and customer communications.

This is a long-term role for someone who is dependable, organized, and proactive.

Responsibilities: You will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to:

Customer Support
• Responding to customer emails professionally, promptly, and politely
• Handling chargebacks and disputes
• Managing subscriptions (cancellations, edits, questions)
• Resolving order issues (refunds, replacements, tracking problems)

Social Media Moderation
• Filtering Facebook & Instagram comments
• Removing spam and inappropriate comments

Administrative & Operations Support
• Supplier communication & inquiries
• Order-related tasks
• Handling general business tasks as they arise
• Supporting daily operations to keep everything running smoothly

Work Schedule & Payment
• You will log in when there is work to do and log out when tasks are completed
• You will track and log your own hours honestly
• Pay rate: $4 per hour
• Example: If tasks take 1 hour ? $4 paid

This role is task-based, flexible, and performance-driven, it’s built on trust, transparency, and long-term collaboration.

• Excellent written English communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Honest and accurate time tracking
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to follow instructions and processes
• Organized, proactive, and dependable

Experience in customer support, e-commerce, Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, or dispute handling is a big plus.
