JOB OVERVIEW

Video Editor + Content Researcher Wanted (YouTube, Shorts, Reels, TikTok)

I’m hiring a long-term editor to work across multiple projects:

YouTube long-form videos
YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok
Music, spirituality, self-growth, and mindset content

This is ongoing work, not a one-off edit.

What we’re building

A personal brand blending music, consciousness, psychology, and storytelling
A secondary channel focused on trading + mindset
High-retention short-form content
Clean, cinematic long-form YouTube videos
This content is emotional, symbolic, and intentional. If you don’t resonate with this world, this won’t work.

What you will do

Edit short-form content optimized for retention (hooks, pacing, rhythm)
Edit long-form YouTube videos
Add subtitles, sound design, music sync
Create visually engaging edits with strong flow and emotion
Research what’s already working in the niche (Shorts/Reels/YouTube)
Help craft hooks and scripts based on proven formats and trends
Adapt ideas and structures to fit our brand and message

You are not just executing edits — you’re thinking in strategy.

What I’m looking for

You should be:

Strong in short-form storytelling
Comfortable analyzing top-performing content
Able to turn research into scripts, hooks, and formats
Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized
Open to feedback and iteration

Big bonus (not required):

Motion graphics / simple animations
Symbolic visuals (energy, light, atmosphere)
Interest in spirituality, psychology, self-growth, music, or trading

Tools

Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, etc.
Tools don’t matter — results do.

Work structure

Ongoing weekly work
Clear creative direction + room to think
Long-term collaboration if it’s a fit
