The Social Media Manager is a key content position on the marketing team for Alexis Caldicott.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager with strong Social Media experience to join our team! Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience using social channels to drive revenue. You love creating & managing content calendars, running fun contests & challenges and increasing engagement. You know how to cultivate raving fans. You are a content strategist that integrates with SEO, can understand strategy between social media and SEO.
You have experience with platforms:If you also have experience with Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok and/ or Linked In, that is a PLUS but not required but would be willing to learn.
You have experience with the following tools: CANVA, basic video editing tools, DM chats (Messenger, IG, etc,), project management tools, and CRM.
This is a FULL TIME 40 hours/ week position
Must be willing to work US hours (ideally 6am-3pm EST)
The ideal candidate will:
-Write engaging content that is relevant to our audience, in our voice, and gets people engaging, opting in, and taking action
-Plan, create and publish compelling content on social media channels (static, video, live streams, etc) daily to grow and engage our communities
-Use technology that manages client engagement and DM conversations
-Proven track record with engagement that leads to sales conversion
-Data driven approach in SM management
-Can schedule posts and stories
-Create social graphics (advanced skills required) to support our content strategy with CANVA
-Have a minimum of basic video editing skills for social media posts
-Collaborate with the team on content to promote key events, including contests, our events, monthly initiatives, affiliate offers and more
-Has strategic skills in designing SM launch plans that coordinate with product and service launch plans
-Be a naturally gifted social communicator who loves building relationships and turning followers into raving fans, you know how to bring the party online!!
-Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
-Have superior storytelling skills, able to understand the needs of our community
-Open to the revision process and easily learns to create branded graphics and messaging with each revision
-Desire to be part of something bigger than yourself & work with awesome team
-Demonstrate follow-through and ability to get things done efficiently and critical thinking skills
-Adeptly handle multiple moving parts at once, without getting overwhelmed and still working as part of a team
-Have a deep understanding of our customer and be able to respond in a hopeful, caring and clear voice leading customers to the right CTA
-Clear communication skills and an ability to follow directions
-Use the visual and copy brand guidelines to create content
-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

-Love writing compelling content and have experience as a Social Media Manager, Assistant
-Can write in our tone and style based on our brand guidelines
-Know how to build engagement in a
-Understand the unique ways to engage followers on various social channels Youtube,
-Can take content from podcasts, blogs, webinars, media appearances and repurpose them in a way that is engaging and different for each SM platform
-Have excellent grammar and writing skills
-Work well under pressure and on tight deadlines and as part of a well-oiled team
-Have a sense of humor and like to have FUN!
-Understand how to leverage tools like
Job responsibilities include:
-Pay attention to KPIs, creating content to improve engagement, reach and conversions
-Communicate results and insights with Marketing Team, and suggest optimizations to our efforts to improve our KPIs
-Recruit and engage fans on our social media channels that leads to sales conversions
-Create “raving fans” in our FB community
-Manage relationships with consumers and brand advocates
-Reply and moderate comments and private messages (using SM tools and SM CRM technology), including an ability to support with empathy and acknowledge engagement so our audience experiences being heard
-Ensure team members are informed if there are any trends appearing on social media which could detract from our brand sentiment
-Leveraging tools like
Qualifications:
-5 years in Social Media + Community Management preferred
-Extensive experience with
-Excellent communication skills (spelling and grammar)
-Is a problem-solver not a problem talker
-Excellent verbal and written skills
-Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner with little direction with clear SOPs
-Has an attitude of gratitude and positivism
-Associate’s degree or equivalent is preferred
-Comprehensive knowledge of G Suite tools
-Must have knowledge of how SEO links to Social Media
Compensation:
Php 50,000-60,000 pesos/ month
This is a Full Time position
We pay 13th month.
**If you’ve done certifications and/ or training with Digital Marketer, Smart Marketer, Ezra Firestone, Molly Pitman, Ryan Deiss or Social Media Marketer that is a HUGE PLUS.
