Job Overview

We are hiring a Virtual Assistant to produce AI-generated photos and short-form videos to support fast Instagram growth. This is a high-output, execution-focused role. Speed, consistency, and attention to detail matter more than creativity.

You will be responsible for generating AI images and AI short-form videos using provided tools, references, and systems. This role is about producing content at scale, not experimentation.



Monthly Content Targets (Exact)

Total: 150 AI assets per month
• 90 AI photos per month
• 60 AI short-form videos per month
• 150 total assets monthly

Weekly Breakdown
• ~22–23 photos per week
• ~15 videos per week

Daily Average (Mon–Fri)
• 3 photos per day
• 2 short-form videos per day

Meeting these exact monthly targets is a core requirement of the role.



Hours & Workload
• Desired hours: 25 hours per week
• AI Photos: ~10–15 minutes each
• AI Videos (5–12 seconds): ~25–30 minutes each

Estimated workload: ~4–4.5 hours per day once workflows are established.

This is an output-based role, not hourly micromanagement.

Deliverables

AI Images
• High-quality, realistic AI photos
• Vertical format preferred
• JPG or PNG
• Clean file naming and organized folders

AI Videos
• Length: 5–12 seconds
• Vertical format (Instagram Reels ready)
• MP4 format
• Smooth, realistic motion and pacing



Requirements

Required:
• Experience with AI image generators
• Experience with AI video generators
• Ability to follow instructions and reuse prompts efficiently
• Strong attention to realism (lighting, proportions, motion)
• Organized workflow and reliable daily output
• Stable internet connection

Bonus (not required):
• Short-form social media experience
• Creator economy or adult content familiarity
• Understanding of engagement and retention



Trial Task
• Paid trial
• 5–10 AI assets (mix of photos and videos)
• Delivered within 24–48 hours
• Continued work based on quality and speed

• Salary: 600 to starting pay.
