Time Commitment: Ongoing, hands-on execution role

Role Summary

TidyTask is hiring a hands-on Digital Ads Manager to own and execute all paid advertising across Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube.

This role is not strategy-only or “manage agencies.” You will create ads, launch campaigns, manage budgets, and optimize performance daily with one primary goal:

???? Drive booked cleaning appointments at the lowest possible cost per booking.

You will lead creative using AI ad creation tools and/or collaborate directly with the owner to produce authentic, performance-driven video ads.

1. Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta)
2. Google Local Services Ads (LSA)
3. Google Search (PPC)
4. TikTok Ads
5. YouTube Ads

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Optimization

Build, launch, and manage all paid ad campaigns end-to-end

Allocate and optimize a ~$4k/month ad budget for maximum efficiency

Monitor performance daily and make ongoing adjustments

Own tracking, pixels, and conversion events

Creative Development

Create ad creatives yourself using AI tools (video, hooks, copy, variations)

Collaborate with the owner to:

Script and produce short-form video ads

Turn real business ---------- nts into high-converting ads

Write compelling ad copy, headlines, and CTAs

Maintain consistent brand voice across platforms

Performance & Reporting

Optimize toward cost per booking as the primary KPI

Run consistent A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and offers

Provide simple weekly performance summaries and insights

Recommend scaling or reallocation based on results

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience running paid ads across Meta and Google (TikTok & YouTube a plus)

Comfortable creating ads yourself, not just directing others

Experience using AI tools for ad creation or copywriting

Strong understanding of local lead generation and conversion funnels

Data-driven, scrappy, and execution-focused

Clear communicator who can collaborate directly with ownership

Nice to Have (Not Required):

Experience with home services or local businesses

Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM tools

Experience optimizing for booked appointments (not just leads)

Improving cost per booking month over month

Fresh creative consistently in market

Minimal hand-holding required
