About the Role
A rapidly growing e-commerce company in the beauty and wellness space is looking for a part-time Inventory Management Associate. The brand has experienced strong growth and is focused on delivering high-quality products and excellent customer experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring inventory across multiple warehouses, coordinating restocks, and ensuring stock levels match real-time demand. You’ll work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and the internal team to keep everything running efficiently behind the scenes.

This is a remote position, ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently. You maybe work in logistics full-time, and want this as your part-time job.

Responsibilities
* Track and manage inventory levels across all locations
* Coordinate restocking processes with suppliers and partners
* Forecast inventory needs based on sales and marketing trends
* Identify and resolve stock discrepancies or delivery delays
* Share weekly reports on inventory status with management
* Help optimize tools & workflows related to inventory

Who You Are
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Comfortable using spreadsheets and digital inventory systems
* Analytical and proactive in solving problems
* Strong communicator in English
* Able to work independently and meet deadlines reliably

Previous experience in inventory, logistics, operations, or e-commerce is a plus.
