We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who knows how to communicate with clients, provide excellent service, and support the customer journey for beauty services and educational classes.
Responsibilities:
Communicating with clients via messages, calls, and social media
Answering inquiries about beauty services and training classes
Booking appointments and classes
Supporting clients before and after services
Handling basic questions, concerns, and follow-ups
Transferring warm leads to the sales team when needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer support or client service (required)
Experience in the beauty industry is a strong advantage
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional tone
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work with multiple chats and requests simultaneously
