Video Editor (SOPs, Prompts, and Tools PROVIDED!)

I am looking for skilled, passionate editors who can follow instructions (SOPs) but also have the creativity to improve our quality by 10-20%. ALL SOPs, TOOLS, and PROMPTS WILL BE PROVIDED BY US. No hassle, very work-friendly company.

Role:
- Scriptwriting (2-step prompting only)
- Video Editing
- Thumbnailing (Very easy prompting and generating!)

The reference style of the video is exactly like these:

NOTE: No generic stock footage. You must know how to find real clips from company websites, TikTok, Reddit, and Instagram to tell the story.

I want someone who can deliver the task with excellence exactly like the reference video links above.

* General: You must meet deadlines. Frequency of upload is 2-3 times per week.
* Pay will start on per video, but can quickly move to Salary. Bonus incentives included for goals met.
