About Us:
We’re a fast-growing UK-based agency delivering high-value commercial and marketing services to our clients. We’re building a small, high-performing remote team in the Philippines, and this role will be key in supporting senior leadership and eventually helping build and manage the local team.

Role Overview:
As our Commercial Assistant, you’ll provide crucial support to the UK commercial and marketing team, keeping operations, finances, content, and social media initiatives running smoothly. Over time, you’ll take on responsibility for coordinating and managing our Philippines team, ensuring efficiency, quality, and strong communication across all tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Commercial Support: Manage client and supplier communications, process orders, maintain CRM data, track tasks and deadlines, and coordinate campaigns.

Financial Administration: Handle invoicing, payments (subcontractors, suppliers), budget tracking, and financial record keeping in coordination with the finance team.

Content & Social Media: Draft, schedule, and maintain content across social platforms; support campaigns; and help ensure all client communications meet quality standards.

Data & Reporting: Manage commercial data, produce reports and dashboards, and support decision-making.

Supplier & Contract Management: Set up new suppliers, manage agreements, and ensure compliance.

Team Coordination & Leadership: Support, mentor, and eventually manage additional remote staff in the Philippines; maintain workflow, training, and performance standards.

Project Assistance: Assist with cost control, contract review, and project-related tasks; identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce workload for senior staff.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in a commercial, administrative, or marketing support role.

Strong content creation skills and knowledge of social media platforms.

CRM experience

Comfortable using digital tools and software to manage tasks, projects, and communications

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Commercial awareness and proactive problem-solving approach.

Experience managing or coordinating a team is highly desirable.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
