Hiring: Part-Time VA (10–15 hrs/week)
I run an online coaching business based in the UK, helping women 30+ lose body fat and tone up. I'm looking for a detail oriented VA to support growth.
You'll handle:
• Instagram admin: inbox triage, simple DM replies (scripts provided), comment management
• Content operations: scheduling posts/stories, basic Canva edits, repurposing captions
• Lead tracking: updating spreadsheets/CRM, booking links, reminders
• Light research: micro influencer lists, community outreach
Must have:
• Solid written English and fast response times (Mon–Fri)
• Reliable Wi Fi, organised, can follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Bonus: Canva/Google Sheets experience
Hours/Pay:
• 10–15 hrs/week to start
• Must be available midday and evening UK time (non negotiable)
• Competitive hourly with room to grow
