We’re looking for a tech-savvy, supportive, and self-led expert in GoHighLevel — with light experience in Facebook Ads setup and tracking — to join our team and help guide our clients in setting up their systems.

This is a done-WITH-you role: You’ll work closely with experienced coaches and facilitators to set up their funnels, automations, calendars, and ads tracking — mostly through Zoom calls, Loom videos, and chat support.

You must be confident in GoHighLevel, clear in your communication, and calm under pressure. We’re looking for someone who loves making tech feel easy for others.

???? Responsibilities:
• Coach clients through setting up GoHighLevel (funnels, automations, calendars, etc.)
• Help connect domains, forms, CRM, and basic integrations
• Support Facebook Ads tasks (pixel setup, custom conversions, UTM tracking)
• Troubleshoot issues and explain solutions in a friendly, clear way
• Create short Loom videos to walk clients through specific tasks
• Run Zoom sessions (1:1 or small group) to support client setup
• Maintain calm, positive energy while guiding clients step by step

? You’re Right for This If You:

• Have strong GoHighLevel experience (not just learning it)
• Understand basic Facebook Ads setup and tracking
• Can explain technical steps in simple language
• Are confident speaking on Zoom and recording Looms
• Can lead clients through setup rather than doing it all for them
• Are reliable, proactive, and love helping people succeed
• Bring good energy, consistency, and clear thinking to your work
