We are hiring a Service Desk Technician to provide remote IT support to Australian business clients via phone and
Key responsibilities
Provide Level 1–2 support for Windows desktops and users
Support and administer Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Troubleshoot basic networking issues (VPN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
Deliver professional phone and
Escalate issues and work with third-party vendors when required
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong customer service and ticket-handling skills
2+ years’ experience in a service desk or IT support role
Hands-on Microsoft 365 support experience
Windows 10/11 troubleshooting experience
Basic networking knowledge
Experience with backups and VoIP is preferred
Reliable internet and ability to work independently
Working hours
Full time – 40 hours/week
AEST: 8:30am – 5:30pm
