vWe are a licensed real estate company in Japan working with overseas investors.

This is NOT a VA or admin role.
This role is about finding the RIGHT real estate brokers and related professionals and starting real partnership conversations.

If you rely on copy-paste templates or mass messaging, do not apply.

What you will do:

Research real estate brokers and related professionals with overseas client bases

Write personalized outreach messages (LinkedIn / Email / other direct channels)

Send thoughtful follow-ups (1 time only)

Track replies and continuously improve message quality

How performance is evaluated:

Reply rate

Quality of replies

Meaningful conversations started

Hours worked do not matter.
Results and message quality matter.

Trial & Compensation:

Short paid trial (1–2 weeks)

Performance-based compensation (no hourly pay)

High performers may continue long-term

Successful candidates may gain long-term access to real partnership deals and high-value international business opportunities.
