JOB OVERVIEW

We are a VA Agency looking for an experienced Marketing & Digital Operations Social Media VA to join our team long-term.

This role is ideal for someone with a marketing and/or IT background who enjoys both creative social media tasks and backend digital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Content Support

- Assist with social media management (posting, sharing, scheduling, basic engagement)
- Create basic artwork and graphics (social posts, newsletters, simple visuals)
- Draft and edit newsletter content
- Support general marketing campaigns and promotions

Website & Digital Platforms

- Update and maintain website content (clean-ups, edits, basic copy updates)
- Work within CMS platforms to ensure content accuracy and consistency

Analysis & Reporting

- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Prepare reports and basic data analysis on marketing performance
- Track campaign metrics and suggest improvements

Required Skills & Experience

- Degree or formal training in Marketing, IT, Digital Media, or a related field (highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
- Comfortable working with online tools, platforms, and systems
- Graphic design skills (Photoshop or equivalent)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with social media strategy or content planning
- Familiarity with analytics or reporting dashboards
- Copywriting or editing experience
