Position Overview
We’re looking for a highly capable, adaptable Systems & Operations Assistant to help support the day-to-day operations of Steady Horse.
This role exists to reduce operational load, keep systems running smoothly, and help execute a wide range of business tasks — primarily inside CourseCreator360 (CC360), our white-labeled version of GoHighLevel.
This is a dynamic role. Some days will be structured and clearly defined. Other days will involve new requests, problem-solving, or jumping in where help is needed. If you enjoy variety, systems, learning as you go, and seeing your work make a real impact, this role will be a great fit.
You’ll work closely with Ky (Operations Director) and occasionally with Noah, supporting systems, automations, content workflows, calendars,

Key Responsibilities
This role supports a wide range of operational and systems-based tasks, including (but not limited to):
• Working inside CourseCreator360 (GoHighLevel) to manage:
• Forms, calendars, opportunities, tags, and automations
•
• Basic page updates and checks (single-code pages)
• Assisting with automation setup and maintenance, including:
• Webinar and event automations
• Follow-up logic and tagging
•
• Using AI tools (ChatGPT and others) to:
• Draft or improve
• Assist with page content
• Summarize transcripts or documents
• Supporting content and operations projects such as:
• Organizing transcripts or files in Google Drive
• Updating calendars or schedules
• Scheduling or automating
• Assisting with graphics or slides (via Canva)
• Troubleshooting systems issues before they go live, and flagging blockers when needed
• Supporting special projects as they arise (business-related and operational in nature)
Not every task will look the same every day. This role requires flexibility, curiosity, problem-solving, and the ability to take direction and run with it.
?
Other Duties as Assigned
From time to time, you may be asked to assist with additional business-related tasks that are not explicitly listed above but fall within the scope of operations, systems support, or general business needs (for example: assisting during live events or webinars, supporting launches, or helping troubleshoot unexpected issues).
These requests will always be reasonable, communicated clearly, and aligned with your role and scheduled working hours.
?
Training & Growth
Training is a major part of this role.
You will receive:
• Direct training from Ky
• Access to internal process documentation and walkthroughs
• Access to CourseCreator360’s community, including weekly coaching calls
• Ongoing guidance and feedback as you learn how our systems work together
We strongly encourage curiosity and growth. If you’re interested in learning a new part of the business, improving an existing system, or taking on more responsibility, those opportunities will be available over time.
?
Communication & Reporting
• Work hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM U.S. Central Time
• Daily end-of-day Slack report, including:
• What you worked on
• Progress made
• Any blockers or questions
• Wins or improvements noticed that day
• Communication primarily via Slack and Google Drive
• If messages are sent outside work hours, there is no expectation to respond until you’re clocked in
We value clear communication, steady progress, and healthy boundaries. — please include the word Bulbasaur in your title when applying — this helps us keep applications organized and ensures instructions are being followed carefully.

Homework (Required to Apply)
To help us understand how you think and how comfortable you are with systems, we ask applicants to complete a short video walkthrough.
Please record a 5–8 minute video where you:
1. Briefly introduce yourself and your experience with GoHighLevel / CC360
2. Walk through how you would set up an automation for a webinar, assuming:
• A user sees an ad
• They opt in via a form
• The form submission triggers the automation
3. Explain:
• What tags you would apply and why
• What
• How logic or segmentation might be used
• How the overall automation supports the end goal: booking a call
You do not need to build this live in an account — a verbal walkthrough is sufficient.
If an interview is scheduled, you may also be given a different scenario live and asked to think through it in real time. This helps us understand how you approach problems beyond prepared answers.
