Looking for Long Term Facebook Ad and PPC Ninja

Greetings!

I'm looking to hire someone long term to manage FB ads and all other PPC efforts for my company.

I have a real estate investing company as well as a company that focuses on providing virtual assistants and digital strategies to real estate investors.

The perfect person for this job will have the following qualifications:

- proficient in creating FB ads (copy and design) that convert
- expert in managing FB ad campaigns in order to optimize results
- expert in FB ad analytics and reporting
- proficient in other PPC mediums (besides FB, we also want to do paid ads on YouTube and Instagram)
