Full-Stack Website Developer

We are looking for an experienced website developer who can build full-scale websites independently, from concept to launch, within a reasonable and reliable timeframe. This role is ideal for someone who is highly self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning an entire website build without heavy guidance. We do not have in-house technical expertise, so clear communication and accountability are critical.

Responsibilities:
1. Build complete, production-ready websites from start to finish
2. Translate business goals into clean, functional website structures
3. Handle layout, development, responsiveness, and performance optimization
4. Implement basic SEO best practices and site speed optimization
5. Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and cross-browser compatible
6. Communicate progress clearly and meet agreed-upon timelines

Requirements:

Proven experience building full websites independently (not just assisting)
Strong portfolio demonstrating completed websites you built end-to-end
Ability to manage projects without constant direction or supervision
Comfortable working with modern website platforms and tools (e.g., custom builds, CMS platforms, or frameworks you specialize in)
Strong time management and ability to deliver within realistic deadlines
