Construction Estimating - MS Excel Specialist

About the Role:
RCH Construction is seeking a detail-oriented, Excel-savvy specialist to support our Estimating and Project Management teams. This is a part-time, project-based role with potential to grow long-term. You’ll help maintain templates, track project data, and create dashboards and reports that keep projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve estimating templates (bids, budgets, proposals).
- Refine Project Management templates for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
- Build Excel dashboards and reports to track performance, costs, and timelines.
- Organize project data for accuracy and consistency.
- Identify workflow gaps and propose improvements.

Requirements:
- Strong Excel skills; experience with templates and data management.
- Construction estimating or project management experience preferred.
- Previous work as construction estimator strongly preferred.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven.
- Familiarity with project management tools ( ---------- , Project HQ, MS Office, Teams).
- Bluebeam Revu experienced also preferred.
- US Construction experience needed.
