Job Title: Property Manager
Job Summary:
The Property Manager will oversee the management of residential or commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet the needs of tenants and owners.

• Handle leasing agreements, renewals, and tenant inquiries.
• Respond to tenant requests within 24 hours to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain a tenant satisfaction rate of over 85% through effective communication and service.
3. Financial Management:
• Manage property budgets and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial reports detailing income and expenses.
• Ensure rent collection is at least 95% on time, implementing strategies for timely payments.
4. Tenant Lease-Up:
• Utilize online platforms to promote vacancies and attract potential tenants.
• Host open houses to showcase properties and engage prospective renters.
5. Vacancy Management:
• Develop strategies to minimize vacancy rates and enhance property appeal.
• Monitor market trends to adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
6. Maintenance Oversight:
• Ensure that properties are well-maintained and that maintenance requests are addressed promptly.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce long-term repair costs.
7. Short-Term Rental Management:
• Manage short-term rental properties, including marketing, bookings, and guest relations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations governing short-term rentals.
8. Evictions/Collections:
• Manage the eviction process in compliance with legal requirements when necessary.
• Oversee collections for delinquent accounts, ensuring effective communication with tenants.
9. Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with property management regulations, including local housing laws.
• Conduct annual audits of property management practices to maintain compliance.
10. Reporting:
• Provide regular updates to property owners regarding property status, financial performance, and tenant feedback.
• Prepare detailed reports on occupancy rates, tenant turnover, and maintenance issues.
