Social Media Manager/Engagement

I’m hiring a part time engagement copywriter for LinkedIn and Instagram.
You’ll write comments, replies, and some DM's in my voice.
The goal is simple. Keep daily conversations active, thoughtful, and on brand.

What I need from you:
You’re a strong copywriter.
You can mirror someone’s style quickly and accurately.
You write with confidence and clarity.
You move fast.
You show up consistently.

The schedule is fixed:
You’ll work 2 to 3 hours every day.
You’ll start at 7:30AM ET.
(if you cannot work every day, please indicate, but this means you'll have to share the hours with someone else to create a backup system)

AI is part of the workflow: I’ll give you a specific engagement GPT to speed things up and make work easier.
But your brain still has to be on, no generic AI sounding replies.

You also need good social instincts.
You can spot what’s trending in our topics.
You know what comments will land and what will fall flat.
You can switch tone depending on whether it’s LinkedIn or Instagram.

Pay is $2 to $3 per hour.
Your rate depends on writing quality and speed. We will start on the low range and work up the range as needed.

If you need heavy editing or you work too slowly, it won’t be a fit.

Because you’ll see sensitive information, trust matters. You’ll sign an NDA. You’ll also provide basic ID verification documents.
