JOB OVERVIEW

Location:
Remote (Philippines-based)

We are seeking a Part-Time Odoo Functional Consultant and Administrative Staff to support our team.

This hybrid role involves 75% Odoo tasks (functional consulting, system implementation, and user support) and 25?ministrative duties (scheduling, documentation, and general office support). The ideal candidate must have an Odoo Functional Consultant certification and at least 3 years of experience working with Odoo.

Key Responsibilities:
1.
Odoo Functional Consultant (~75%):
- Implement, configure, and support Odoo ERP modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.);
- Conduct business analysis and translate requirements into functional specifications;
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users.

2.
Administrative Staff (~25%):
- Manage office correspondence, scheduling, and travel arrangements;
- Assist with documentation, data entry, and basic HR support tasks;

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Odoo Functional Consultant certification (mandatory).
- 3+ years of experience in Odoo implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo modules and business process improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets;
- Proficiency in Miro;
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
