Tradesmen Agency is a performance-first marketing group focused on high-ticket services, lean execution, and high-conversion assets.

We’re building a vetted network of specialists inside our private Slack workspace — and we’re currently looking for a Landing Page & Web Designer who can create fast, beautiful, and performance-driven sites and pages.

This is a Contractor-Only Role

No guaranteed hours

No retainers

You get paid per approved, scoped design project

We assign work through Slack based on fit and availability

You are evaluated on speed, clarity, and performance

Compensation

Per-project pay, scoped based on the size and complexity of the design

Higher rates available for fast, high-converting work with clear mobile optimization

You’re a Fit If You:

? Design with performance in mind (not just visuals)
? Understand UX for conversions, especially in service-based businesses
? Have experience designing landing pages, funnels, or lead-gen sites
? Can move fast and deliver clean, responsive builds
? Communicate async and clearly (Slack + Loom preferred)
? Know how to work with Webflow, Framer, or WordPress (Elementor/Bricks/Divi)

What You’ll Work On

You’ll be assigned real projects like:

Designing new landing pages for internal brands (e.g. B2B, ecom, industrial)

Auditing and rebuilding outdated websites with modern UX

Collaborating with PPC/SEO specialists on funnel-specific pages

Creating templated systems for use across brands

Building mobile-first experiences with clear CTAs and form flows

Don’t have experience in building conversion-focused designs

Only work synchronously or on fixed schedules
