We’re hiring a disciplined, high-output **Appointment Setter** to run LinkedIn DMs for **7 active B2B clients** using a proven outbound system.

This is **not cold calling**.

This is **structured, daily DM execution** with clear metrics, SOPs, and accountability.

## ???? What You’ll Be Doing (Non-Negotiable)

You will be responsible for:

- Sending **~150 LinkedIn DMs per day** (total, across 7 clients)
- Managing inbox conversations and follow-ups
- Booking **qualified sales calls (SQLs)** into Calendly
- Following our exact DM frameworks, scripts, and SOPs
- Tracking all activity and outcomes in our prospect tracker (daily)
- Hitting volume **and** quality standards consistently

This is an execution role.
We provide the system. You run it.

- Consistent daily DM volume (no skipped days)
- Clean prospect tracking (nothing missing, nothing sloppy)
- 6–10 qualified SQLs per client per month
- Strong reply quality (no spam, no junk calls)
- Reliable communication and fast responses

## ???? Compensation (Clear + Fair)

**Base Pay:**

- **$1,500 per month** (paid monthly)
- Base pay assumes volume is hit consistently

**Performance Bonus:**
- Paid on top of base per SQL booked
- SQLs must meet our qualification checklist

**Top Performers Can Earn:**
???? **$2,000–$3,000+ per month**

There is **no commission on closes**.

Your job is to book quality calls. We handle sales.
