CRM and email play a critical role in our customer lifecycle, retention and revenue growth, and we’re looking for a highly capable CRM Executive / Email Developer to support and elevate our email programme.


We’re looking for a hands-on CRM Executive / Email Developer who can confidently execute BAU email campaigns end-to-end, while also bringing strong technical expertise in email builds, coding and interactive content.
This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable building, coding, testing and sending emails as they are analysing performance and optimising results.


Key Responsibilities
-Build and deploy BAU CRM campaigns including newsletters, promotions and lifecycle emails
-Develop responsive, well-structured email templates (mobile-first)
-Code emails using custom HTML/CSS, ensuring compatibility across major email clients
-Create and implement interactive email content (where supported), such as carousels, countdowns or dynamic modules
-QA and test emails across devices, inboxes and clients
-Support ongoing optimisation of templates, modules and components
-Report on campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue, engagement) and provide insights
-Work closely with CRM, design and marketing teams to ensure best-in-class execution

What We’re Looking For
-Proven experience in CRM and email marketing execution
-Strong HTML and CSS skills specifically for email development
-Clear understanding of email client limitations and best practices
-Experience building interactive email content (or strong knowledge of how and when to use it)
-Confident executing BAU campaigns independently and accurately
-Comfortable reporting on performance and drawing actionable insights
-Strong attention to detail and QA standards
-Experience with ESPs
